RN Nordic is the new importer of Renault & Dacia for Denmark & Sweden. This role will be in the Swedish office and primarily work towards the Swedish market. Cooperation with the Finance team in Sweden is furthermore essential that also includes the accounting team & CFO. The Business Controller will report directly to Controlling Manager Sweden & Denmark located in Kista, Stockholm.

The role is constantly changing, so this is an opportunity to together with the rest of the finance team develop a position that drives Sales and Profitability. The target profile has a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent and some years of relevant working experience. Personal qualities such as an agility, cooperative and goal-oriented mindset will play a crucial role in the selection of final candidate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and great teamwork attitude
- Commercial mindset that understands the concept of a Sales driven organisation
- Good verbal and written communication skills - Fluency in English required
- Strong general IT literacy – Especially Excel & BI systems
- Good knowledge of general accounting principles
What will you be doing?
- Responsible for Budget, forecast for the Swedish market
- Responsible for driving behaviors in accordance with set KPI’s
- Responsible for profitability calculations in regards of larger business deals
- Responsible for driving digitalization of controlling tools such as BI wherever possible.
- Responsible for Management packs including KPI’s
- Assist various stakeholder in order to drive a profit-oriented culture
- Participation in Ad hoc projects
