We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to serve as the strategic commercial driver for our Sales and Marketing organization. In this pivotal role, you will shape business direction, ensure operational excellence, and secure cross‑functional alignment to achieve our sales, profitability, and brand growth targets.

This is a critical position for a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to influence key commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Planning

  • Lead annual and quarterly commercial strategy planning processes.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional strategy sessions to define goals, priorities, and action plans.
  • Conduct market, trend, competitor, and financial analysis to support long-term planning.
  • Deliver insights to leadership through reports, presentations, and ad‑hoc analysis.

Campaign & Sales Planning

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop targeted campaign messaging aligned with market trends.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure campaign planning is integrated into sales forecasting and stock planning.

Business Review Management

  • Coordinate monthly business review meetings and track key KPIs (sales volumes, mix, market share, leads, dealer performance, margin).
  • Deliver executive‑level dashboards and performance summaries.
  • Drive follow‑up and improvement actions across departments.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

  • Co‑lead the annual budgeting and mid‑term financial planning for Sales & Marketing.
  • Align sales forecasts and contribution margin with financial targets.

Dealer Network & Channel Performance

  • Monitor dealer network performance (sales and customer satisfaction).
  • Work with sales managers to implement performance‑enhancing initiatives.


Qualifications & Experience

Knowledge

  • Strong commercial understanding of the automotive industry and market dynamics.
  • Expertise in business planning and market analysis.

Skills

  • Highly structured and detail-oriented.
  • Advanced analytical, strategic planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

About the position

Temporary for a Parental leave replacement from xxxxx to xxxxx.

Start date: Immediate

Location: Kista, with the office as the primary workplace according to our Office First policy
